Booking Policy:

During our booking process, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number. You DO NOT have to pay for your service upfront, unless you want to. All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

I am currently booking up to 8 weeks out for new clients. The longer the appointment the further out I will need to book you. Thank you for understanding!

Cancelation Policy:

You’re required to cancel your appointment with at least a 48 hour notice. If you don't, your card on file will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. If you no call/no show or cancel same day for your appointment you will be charged 100% of service cost. Being at least 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will be considered a no call/no show. No call/no show clients will not be allowed to book again unless they pay for service in full. Everyone is required to respect my policy even my loyal customers.
